Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. If the problem persists, contact us and we will investigate.
